•Obtained summary judgment on all claims in antitrust matter involving manufacture and sale of laundry washers and dryers.

•Represented gaming company and principals in dispute with business partners regarding financing arrangement.

•Represented national and international banks as local counsel in high profile litigation regarding alleged breach of contract claims involving financing for construction of Las Vegas hotel condominium project.

•Represented CEO of a national furniture company in personal loan guarantee matter.  Prepared motion for summary judgment that fostered favorable settlement for client.

•Represented local union in dispute with health insurance provider regarding coverage of members, obtaining favorable result for client.
