Joe A. Morgan is a magna cum laude graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law. Before joining Bailey Kennedy, Mr. Morgan clerked for Justice Kristina Pickering of the Supreme Court of Nevada.  

Mr. Morgan is originally from Wales in the United Kingdom. Before immigrating to the United States, he worked as a trainee UK & European patent attorney in England after graduating from the University of Oxford with a degree in physics.

Mr. Morgan primarily practices in the areas of appellate advocacy and commercial litigation.
