Four Bailey Kennedy Partners Named to 2026 Mountain States Super Lawyers

Bailey Kennedy, LLP partners Joshua M. Dickey, Joshua P. Gilmore, Joseph A. Liebman and Paul C. Williams have been selected to the 2026 Mountain States Super Lawyers list of the country’s top attorneys. Each attorney is a multi-year recipient of the designation, which is awarded annually to no more than five percent of lawyers practicing in Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.

“Earning a spot in Super Lawyers is not easy, and doing so year after year is a reflection of the quality of work these attorneys bring to their clients every day,” said John. R. Bailey, managing partner of Bailey Kennedy. “They are the best of the best in our industry, and it’s a pleasure to see them recognized for their talent and expertise.” Bailey, along with partner Dennis L. Kennedy, was also awarded the 2026 Super Lawyers designation.

The firm's strength in litigation has also been acknowledged by other respected legal publications including Benchmark Litigation, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA.

Super Lawyers uses a patented, multiphase selection process that combines peer nominations, independent research, and blue-ribbon peer evaluations. Candidates are assessed on 12 indicators of professional achievement, including verdicts and settlements, representative clients, honors and awards, bar and professional activity, pro bono and community service, and scholarly lectures and writings. Selections are made on a state-by-state basis, with no more than five percent of attorneys in each state included on the final list.
