Bailey Kennedy, LLP partners Joshua M. Dickey, Joshua P. Gilmore, Joseph A. Liebman and Paul C. Williams have been selected to the 2026 Mountain States Super Lawyers list of the country’s top attorneys. Each attorney is a multi-year recipient of the designation, which is awarded annually to no more than five percent of lawyers practicing in Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana.

Joshua Dickey has practiced complex civil litigation for more than 25 years. His practice focuses on healthcare, commercial, corporate, and business tort/competition disputes. Dickey received his J.D. with great distinction and Order of the Coif from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the McGeorge Law Review. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Joshua P. Gilmore, Partner – Business Litigation
Joshua Gilmore, a native Nevadan, handles complex commercial litigation, legal ethics and professional responsibility, and appeals. In commercial litigation, he handles breach of contract, fraud, and other business disputes for clients including medical providers, transportation and property management companies,financial services firms, municipalities, and small and large businesses. In legal ethics, he represents attorneys and law firms in disciplinary proceedings before the State Bar of Nevada, legal malpractice cases, disqualification motions, and charging lien disputes. In appeals, he assists other attorneys with correcting errors and upholding jury verdicts. He is a current member of the State Bar of Nevada’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility. He received his J.D. summa cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where he was Articles Editor of the Nevada Law Journal.
Joseph A. Liebman, Partner – Business Litigation
Joseph Liebman concentrates his practice in real estate litigation, commercial disputes, partnership and LLC matters, product liability defense, professional liability, healthcare litigation and class actions. He has served as lead trial counsel in significant matters, including a breach of contract action involving the purchase and sale of approximately $681 million in charged-off healthcare receivables. Liebman is recognized by Benchmark Litigation as a State Litigation Star and by Best Lawyers® in Commercial Litigation. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Natural History Museum and earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law.
Paul C. Williams, Partner – Health Care
Paul Williams practices healthcare law, commercial litigation and class actions. He represents physicians, medical practices, hospitals and businesses ranging from small enterprises to Fortune 500 companies. His work frequently involves non-compete agreements in the healthcare sector, regulatory compliance and disputes with significant operational implications for medical providers. Williams has been recognized on the Mountain States Super Lawyers list in the Health Care category for multiple consecutive years, having previously appeared on the Rising Stars list from 2015 through 2022. Bailey Kennedy, LLP, is expanding their team with the addition of three new associate attorneys: Joe A. Morgan, Isabel C. Osorio and Javiera A. Sothers. Each brings strong academic credentials, valuable legal experience and a commitment to the firm’s tradition of professionalism and client service.
Morgan joins the firm after earning his law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. Originally from Wales, Morgan received his undergraduate degree in physics from the University of Oxford before beginning his legal career as a trainee UK and European patent attorney in England. He later clerked for Justice Kristina Pickering of the Supreme Court of Nevada and will focus his practice on appellate advocacy and commercial litigation.

Osorio, a Las Vegas native, graduated cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV and previously clerked for Judge Maria Gall of the Eighth Judicial District Court. Osorio will focus her practice on commercial litigation.

Sothers, also a graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, brings experience externing for the Honorable Eric Johnson of the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County, Nevada, as well as serving as a Research Assistant at the Wiener-Rogers Law Library. Sothers will also concentrate her practice in commercial litigation.
